Customer Question

I have a 2006 audi a3 2.0tdi sport 140 with 47000 miles on clock, it puffs blue smoke on initial pull away and every time i run down the gears and accelerate again. Problem has occured fairly suddenly not over a long period. performance does not seem to have been affected. Any ideas?

Few things can cause you engine to smoke when accelerating ,engine under load.

Engine oil level to high ,check and drain some oil if necessary.

Using fully synthetic motor oil ..

And very common on this is the turbo ,have these possibility's checked .

Don't think you have piston rings or valve stem seals with the amount of KM driven "UNLESS" you have at lest once in the pass overheated the engine .

Need further assistance then please get back to me .
