i have an s8 d2 1998. i had a flat battery and i entered the wrong code twice on my nav system plus and its gone to safe mode. how do i get it from safe mode ? please can you help

Hopefully i can help..


One thing you could try is to leave the unit powered up - just the way its is just now displaying safe mode..And just basically leave it as it is until such time it comes out of safe mode for you to re-enter the correct code this time around..- Sometimes this can take upto an hour to several hours depending on of course how many times the wrong code has been entered - with these they have somesort of count down feature in which each time you enter the wrong security code then the time increases until you can enter the correct code the next time or comes out of safe mode as mentioned that maybe something to try anyway and see if that helps get the system back to the screen for you to enter the correct code again..i do hope this helps
