X1 SKLThank you.

Hi again - Thank you for that... thats fine... On checking the Audi database, Im afraid it confirms my initial thoughts that the Service Light can only be reset using plug in diagnostic equipment..This plugs into the cars OBD socket. Its the way a lot of the newer models are going Im afraid. Any dealer - or any local garage that has the equipment can do that for you -- it takes 2-3 mins thats all.The only thing that can be reset manually - through the controls on the car is the OIL service light - I can give you that info if you need.Let me know how you go..and / or let me know if you need anything further on this..~>>~~>>~ Meanwhile now at this point- Please do click on the "Exc / Ok rating" for me at this time.. "Thank you" in advance for that ... Note that you can get back to me anytime at all after doing the rating - it doesn't close you out -- Best Rgds, MIKE
