Hi .

Still need assistance with the key issue .

As understood the FOB works but not the key in the door .

Customer: replied 2 years ago.
That's right.
The door also locks and unlocks with button on inside of door. Key will not open doorlock at all.

Hi .

This is probably due to the key never being used . spray WD40 in the key hole and wait for it to soak in .

then try inserting the key and wiggle it around ,it will eventually loosen up and turn .

If this does not work then you will need to remove the door panel and check the linkage are all free and move .

if all are free you will have to replace the key cylinder .

Need further assistance with this issue then please get back to me .

Kind regards Greg
