Customer Question

Ride height issue
Assistant: What is the model/year of your Audi?
Customer: 2006 Q7 3.0 TDI
Assistant: Are you fixing your Q7 yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Yes. New compressor as the old one died. So suspension sank. Replaced all relays and fuses. All ok.
Assistant: How many miles are on the car? Has the car been starting normally?
Customer: Then last week. I found a separate leak. Fixed that. But now all settings greyed out only in automatic.
Assistant: Anything else you want the Mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: Starts fine. Starting isn’t an issue

Hello dear customer, i want to apology for my long delay to get back to you. I had some personal issues and i had to travel and i did not have access to internet until today.

About your query, The problem is that after correcting a leak in the suspension ,does it stay lowered? It does not go up? Not even manually?
Do you still have any indicator lit on your dashboard or error codes?
Thank you.
