My DPF was gone the beginning of this year, I bought a second hand parts and had it replaced. now again gone but is there any way to avoid replacing parts as it is very expensive?
I will provide an honest answer. I trust this will be appreciated. Please remember that a low rating PUNISHES me for being honest and that I receive nothing for my time until a positive rating is clicked.
you can try going for a long motorway drive and keep the vehicle down one gear from top to see if it will regenerate
if it will not regenerate you can try and find a garage that might clean/treat it, but I would suggest using a new part as the replacement.
Please let me know if you have further questions. Please do not forget to click a positive rating as this is the only way I receive credit for my answer, thank you. Best wishes with your vehicle.
