i have a e46 320d touring abs fault diag right hand rear wheel sensor its had a new sensor plus new drive shaft HELP

This is very common on E46, E39, E38 et.

The sensor damages the internal circuit board in the ABS / DSC control module. The steps would be to double check your wiring to make sure your wiring is good. If the wiring is good you will need to replace the ABS / DSC control module. You can use a used part as long as it is programmed to the vehicle after installation.

I have seen this situation too many times to count over the years.
