Assistant: Does the engine stall right after starting? And what about hesitation or jerking during acceleration?
Customer: no engine does not stall. it hesitates in 2nd and sometimes 3rd gear gets smokey sometimes to. other times you can drive it and not experience any problems

Customer: yes its had a new turbo and air intake pipes.

Customer: turbo been checked and all good. been informed to have air system checked

just normal really like when a car is first started, no blue colour or that

It should not run better with maf disconnected. This means either the maf is bad or you have an intake air leak of some kind. Please let me know if you have further questions. where can air leak be coming from. i find it strange that car runs 100 times better with maf disconnected. the main air intake pipe to the turbo has been renewed and tightend and checked and is all good what other pipes might be leaking.
The leak could be literally anywhere in the intake system or caused by a failed crankcase ventilation system. A smoke test is the definite test for the intake and a vacuum test for the crankcase vent. Please do not forget to click on a positive rating
