Dear customer, the technician may have confused the reset of codes and maintenance history with the reset of the factory data, when this is done you can lose certain settings such as the key fob.
Also when handling the fob batteries and the vehicle's main battery this can result.

The important thing is not how it happened but how to fix it, the problem is that it is necessary to have a key programmer tool to reprogram the control, this tool is different from a diagnostic tool, you do not have to go to the dealership to carry out this procedure, many car loskmiths do this work as well. with duplication of keys, programming of ignitions and in turn program controls, they carry out these works at lower costs than the dealership.
