Help please, I need help I had a new battery put in my car about 6 weeks ago and my stereo is not coming back on and I don't have a code for it?
JA: Do you have the manual for your unit? Have you tried common default passwords (e.g. 0000 or 1234)?
Customer: I have a manual but it doesnt tell me anything?
JA: Is this the original unit, or an aftermarket one?
Customer: The original unit
JA: Anything else you want the Electronics Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No thanks, it's a Nissan micra

Hiya

You would need to visit the Nissan Dealer who would take the Serial Number, Date and VIN Number and apply to Nissan Europe for the code. This would cost approx £30

It may be on the Information system if the selling dealer entered the details at time of sale however would still need the VIN number for this.
