if the car only has trouble when on an incline then its likely to be an issue with the fuel pump inside the tank

its not unheard of to have the gauze on the pump block up with debris or the pick up pipe to become dislodged and so allow air into the pump

both of these conditions are made worse on a hill as the fuel runs away from the pick up pipe

So I'd suggest the next course of action is to remove the fuel pump to cehck what I'e suggested
