1994 Rover 414. Cold start problem. Was told Head gasget, had that done, still the same. Been on a Diagnostic machine, nothing showing. sometimes starts straight away, other times takes longer.

Can you please just tell me -

What is the mileage ion the car ?

Do you have any fault lights on the dash when driving / when this happens?

Have any other parts been replaced at all - ie, sensors of any sort?

Prior to this issue - did it have any overheating / cooling issues ?

Too - is this the K series engine.. 8 valve or 16? Rover or Honda engine ?
