I have a E320 CDI 2003 with a dashboard malfunction reading BRAKE WARNING visit workshop I have replaced the disc pads but cannot remove the warningfrom the dash any ideas

Hi,my name is mike and I will assist you with your question.
When this warning comes up and the brake pads are good this means that there is a brake pad sensor that is either faulty or needs to be reset. Sometimes disconnecting the negative battery post for 5 minutes will reset this,other times the system had to be reset using a Mercedes scan tool.
