after being hit my skoda octavia 56 electric wing mirrors won't move indepently. the passenger side will, but drivers side(the hit one) moves both. why?

Has the drivers side been smashed, if so this will have caused a short in your wiring and the configuration will be lost, replacing the part and disconnecting the battery will do the trick, if this does not work they will need to be re-configured on a Skoda main dealership only computer

This is only a 30 minute job to do the configuration so the labour charge will be around 30-40Gbp
