Hi and welcome to just answer.

there is also a 10 amp fuse in the fuse box under the bonnet have you checked?

Under the wipers is what we call a scuttle panel their are two drain holes either side these can get blocked easily not allowing water to drain away the level rises and will reach the wiper motor assembly and damage the motor .

can you check for water in the scuttle panel?
