Hello, I live and work in the UK have a Polish driving license

This answer was rated:

I live and work in the UK have a Polish driving license class: B, C, C + E, which have accumulated 13 penalty points. To the present day I cannot drive a car. I did not get any letter from the DVLA but I called them and they informed me about the amount of points I have. First points should delete the in September 2014. My question is do I have to retake all the driving exams again or maybe from September 2014 I ride the car normally?
Thank you.

once the points tally drops below 12 then you can legally drive again from that point

there's no need to re-take any driving test or exams
