Bounder 36S 2000 on Ford F-53 Chassis. DC electrical problem.

No response when ignition switch... Show More
No response when ignition switch ( KEY ) is moved from the OFF position to any other position including START.
Instrument lights and indicators do not come on. Both batteries are fully charged and all fuses that I have been able to check are OK. I have not found a "Fusable Link" as yet.
