Hi, I have a kia sorento 2007 170hp.My problem appears to be diesel oil leaking into the sump,possibly via the injectors or the bosch pump shaft seal.Engine starts and runs well.Is it possible this can happen due to a problem with the solenoid sticking open?

Hi Ross, Not been able to make contact last couple of days,Here's what I know. I have spoken to my local garage who deal with such things,and they suggest,it could be 1 of several things,1 solenoid 2 valve operated by solenoid or pump shaft seal,they also state none of these are likely as this is a very sucessfull bosch kit. All tasks involve quite a spend on asystem with less than 40k
