My car is a A3 Quattro 2008
Today, my exterior mirrors no longer adjust or de mist. Is his a fuse problem? I cannot find a fuse for the drivers door control panel.

Im sorry for the delay - your reply came to me after the question had timed out -some 6 days plus later - so thats the reason - just to explain and then I was off last week unfortunately..

With regard to the problem you have, yes this could be a fuse issue so that would be worth checking. My info isn't specific on the actual fuse location Im afraid but its generally on those models, either in the end dash panel / drivers side ( you have to open the drivers door to access that on the end of the dash ) or , under dash, same side fuse panel. Fuse ID is on the inside of the relevent fuse panel cover.

Other than a fuse - a very common fault to cause this on this model is a break in the wiring that runs from the car inside - through the tubing to the door - you would need to physically check for that.

Finally you can get faults in the actual electronic control module that can cause this - you need to rule all the above out first though as to interrogate that would need Audi plug in diagnostics.

But check the above fully first -as fuse / wire problems are common with this.
