I have a bentley brooklands 97 lpt and the engine coolant

i have a bentley brooklands 97 lpt and the engine coolant light won't turn off although i have checked the levels and they are good (in fact i have over filled ) i have had small issues with leakage on and off , but the light usually goes away when i fill the level , not this time

Hello sounds like the level sensor inside the tank may be faulty or corroded I'd suggest removing the sensor ( its screwed into teh side of the tank and give its clean / wash out with brake cleaner if this doens't help then it may need replacing also check that the wiring to the sensor isn't damaged or crimped in any way
