If there is coolant leaking into the cabin or floorpan..then its highly likely your heater matrix is at fault or the feed/return pipes leading to or connected to the matrix is leaking..both of which need to be ruled out and investigated..If they perform a pressure test on the coolant system they will be able to trace the leak point..obviously they will have to remove the lower dash trim/glovebox/drivers side under dash trim and side trim to the centre console to gain access to the heater box/matrix..but if coolant is seen in the floor area then its no doubt your matrix or the pipes leading to it at fault..I do hope this helps
