My Vauxhal sports tourer has been hit on the front and damaged the parking Spencer's can we still drive it with the warning sign on the dash and noise

I dont see why not,depending on the front end damage of course..if its minor bar the parking sensor damage then you should be fine to drive the parking sensors only sense objects that come in close proximity and doesnt effect the driving operation or performance of the car - the sound/warning will likely be a contributory factor if one of the sensors on the front has been damaged or misaligned so the parking sensor ECU/ parkpilot module will alert you to that...I do hope this helps..
