Hi Jeff .

Please check your other question looks like i misunderstood your question with remarks to Mini (D) which means Germany model .

now i understand you meant Diesel (I think )

Now if you do have the diesel which is a ford engine,then yes this does have a Timing belt .

This should be changed at 60.000miles /98.000km .
