Either an old slightly under sized socket smacked on with a hammer over the locking nut and use an air impact gun to shock it free / depending on reach if the locking nut isnt inset into the could weld a and an old nut on to the face of the locking nut and get it off that way...or you could try the Locking Wheel Nut Remover sockets which have a deep internal reverse thread most diy automotive places might stock these or have a look online such as ebay etc....the only other thing that would guarantee removal is find someone local with a Dynomec locking wheel nut removal set..i have that myself and can remove pretty much all types..its is an expensive kit so its worth asking around first..the AA and RAC usually carry these as standard...
