Customer Question

Hi I have an automatic 2015 petrol juke 12000 miles.
I was driving for about 50 mins at about 45mph I turned a corner and the car lost power I tried to take off again but but putting my foot down didn't make any difference, the speedometre would not go past 10mph
The rev meter was going mad reaching no 7
The car limped home as how much I put my foot down it would only go about 10mph and forgot to say the car was juddering
Thank you

When this issue occurs and you sit at idle can you still rev the engine up or does it judder like you say?

Does the juddering only happen when you start moving?

So referance to the rev counter reaching still can't go over 10mph..correct?
