Check what the voltage is at the battery when the engine is running ,

Well it charging do you have anything extra hooked up to this battery.

Nothing extra on van this battery is only 3 months old is there a relay or switch which may havefailed

Factory duel battery system or aftermarket .

Check and see if you have on that side a parasitic drain .

Got to be something bringing it down if this battery is the only one affected .
