You need a seal pick or a good thick paper clip etc.
Lift up the headrest with the normal release on one side, the other needs the "tool" in a tiny hole.
Push in there until the other side releases, at the same time as the normal side.
The headrest should come out once both are released.
I've referred your duplicate question to customer service to cancel it.
