Hi I have a 2L Mondeo 5 door hatchback.
Assistant: What year is your Hatchback?
Customer: 2011
Assistant: Are you fixing your Hatchback yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: The alrm is flashing in the middel of the speedometer when it is locked. Never noticed it flashing before. Is this norrmal?
Assistant: How many miles are on the car? Has this ever happened before?
