I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with your electric seat.

When did the problem begin and was it working fine before hand?

Hi - You may need to check the fuses in the fuse box which is located under the instrument panel. I have attached 2 pictures for your reference. Please kindly refer to the fuse box diagram which is inside the cover for where to locate the fuse for the electric seats. If one is blown then it needs to be replaced.
