please answer my question
Expert:  CarDoc replied 9 days ago.

I believe the fuel filter in your car is the in-tank type. You access this by lifting the rear seat and removing the in-tank pump, simple to change.

Customer: replied 9 days ago.
hello waiting
Expert:  CarDoc replied 9 days ago.

The rear bench seat should lift up from the front edge of the seat.

Customer: replied 9 days ago.
the seat is on runners and seems to be bolted down using torx bolts
Customer: replied 9 days ago.
how do u lift the rear seat
Expert:  CarDoc replied 9 days ago.

Give me a minute.

The rear bench normally lifts straight up with a bit of force, either from the front edge of the seat or the back edge of the seat. Is your rear seat a single bench type of seat?

Customer: replied 9 days ago.
we have changed the spark plugs and air filter and the car still seems to be losing power and sometimes stalling
Customer: replied 9 days ago.

Expert:  CarDoc replied 9 days ago.

If the cushion doesn't come off, you will have to remove the bottom part of the seat. Does the entire seat slide fowards?

Customer: replied 9 days ago.
the seat does slide forwards
Customer: replied 9 days ago.
how do u move the bottom part of the seat
Customer: replied 9 days ago.
am I talking to someone who knows what car this is
Expert:  CarDoc replied 9 days ago.

If it slides forward, you should be able to access the fuel pump from behind the seat, there should be a circular cover under the seat. There should be a lever like in the front seats, to move it forwards.

Yes I understand which car you have.
