Assistant: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Yes I am trying to identify the problem my self. I removed the fuses to avoid draining the battery

Hello dear customer, i apology for my long delay to get back to you.

The relays are in the passenger side engine compartment-

The relays one says DIM, the other HEAD.
The headlight relay controls power to the dimmer relay, dimmer relay then controls dip and main beam so you need both for the head lights to work. If you have dip then the headlight relay is ok, it is the dimmer relay that is suss. Only other reason may be a bad connection in the multi plug from the headlight hi/low flash switch, or the high beam part of the switch as flashing the lights uses a different circuit.
