It’s asking me for a user code. Not sure why
Assistant: Just to clarify, what's the exact code? And have you tried to reset it?
Customer: I don’t know what the code is and this is the first time I have been asked to enter it
Assistant: What is the make/model/year of your car?
Customer: Volkswagen Golf R 66
Assistant: Are you fixing your e-Golf yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I tried to enter a code but it just said “please wait “
Assistant: Anything else you want the Mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: The message about entering a code comes up in the infotainment system

Dear customer, thank you for choosing Justanswer. My name is Michael, I would like to help you.

Apparently the radio was disconnected from the power supply.

The radio wants the PIN code now. Either a VW workshop on site can tell you the PIN code using the chassis number, or you have to remove the radio and apply for the code here using the serial number:

Please do not try to crack the code by entering any codes. If the wrong code is entered too often, the device locks and cannot be unlocked.

I would be very happy about a rating with 5 stars over the star bar at the top of the page, without this rating the site operator does not pay us experts.
