You wuld initially need a full diagnostic code read in order to determine what fault codes are present. From there a diagnostic path can be established.

It could be any number of things that are causing this issue:

  1. Door Switches
  2. Control Modules
  3. Wiring

Once the code read is completed it will make it easier to pinpoint what area you need to be looking at. You should also be able to look at Live Data to check the operation of things like door switches.
