Im 30 years old and have been more tired over the last 2 wks

Customer Question

I'm 30 years old and have been more tired over the last 2 wks (yawning throughout the day) and out of breath when doing everyday stuff - eg going up stairs at home. Also, I noticed when playing tennis that I can only handle about 20 mins but I can't continue and get spots in front of eyes. Brief overview over last 10 days...

Then, on bank hol Monday
Palpitations, sweaty and uncontrollable shakes - lasted 30 mins. Called 111 and ambulance attended - ECG fine

7pm ish tight / heavy chest, uncontrollable shakes, cold but sweating, pins and needles left hand side. Went to walk in clinic - blood pressure and pulse fine

Felt light headed twice and had a tight chest

Really tight / heavy feeling in chest, pins and needles in hand then strong sharp pain near breast bone (almost like a crack or tear), subsided after 20 mins, went to A & E. ECG fine / BP fine / heart rate fine. Heavy chest though out rest of day and feeling weak

Went to GP, still having a heavy chest. Went for blood tests.
Feeling weak throughout the whole day on side and brief pain in left shoulder and back

Feeling bloated through the day. Tight chest and felt light headed twice. Pain in left arm and middle of back whilst washing up. Out if breath when ran up stairs (and felt like heart in mouth). At 8pm outside of left shoulder gone to sleep

What should my next steps be? I know my body and I'm sure something is wrong. The ECG seems to be a snap shot in time which doesn't really help. What other tests can be done to try and ascertain what is wrong?

Hello from ja
First of all
What medical diagnoses do you have?
Customer: replied 4 years ago.
None - everybody I've seen has said the ECG was clear, I don't smoke, I'm young so there shouldn't be a problem. I'm worried that an underlying issue is being overlooked and wanted to understand the best tests (heart related) that could give the answers

stress test if heart disease is suspected.
24 hour holter monitor for the palpitations.

Cholesterol and bad cholesterol are too high.
This needs to be brought down.

Otherwise the advice is the same.
