I currently suffer back pain regularly and chest pain when I am doing anything that resembles exercise. I have recently been prescribed Ramipril and when attending my local surgery, my blood pressure reading was 160/90, last Wednesdy.
Any thoughts on anything else I can do to assist decrease my symptoms please?
