There, I am a 47 year old female with a past of anxiety

Customer Question

Hi there, I am a 47 year old female with a past of anxiety issues (not too serious I don't think), I'm on no medication. I have felt weak in the legs quite a bit lately and noticed my heart rate has evevated quite a bit at times.
Last night I was woken up with racing heart up to 133bpm and i feel really jittery and scraed as it's not really gone below 80 and is still going up and down.
I didn't hyperventilate and did't feel any different really apart from terror from the heart rate!!!
Could you help settle my sheer terror?
Regards Rebecca
