I felt strange after exercising today I also drank over 3 litres of water is that too much?

Can you explain what you mean by strange?

Customer: replied 7 months ago.
Just my heart didn't feel right and I didn't feel well like your supposed to after exercise

any dizziness, did you faint? any chest pains, was your heart beating too fast or too slow?

Customer: replied 7 months ago.
A bit dizzy I felt it was beating a bit slow I didn't faint no chest pain

Has this happened before? I presumed you did not count the rate

Customer: replied 7 months ago.
I'm on edge most days and I have a heart monitor on my phone and it came up as 77 bpm

ok, as you felt funny after exercise it could be due to a number of reasons

You'll need a 24-hr heart monitor/ECG to capture your heart beat and rhythm, and a possible echo scan to look at the structures of your heart

You'll also need bloos tests such as blood sugar and thyroid as abnormalities can cause those symptoms

Possible referral to cardiologist depending on what the ECG or echo shows or does not show

By the way I was at the hospital last Sunday and I got an ECG and bloods taking and they said everything was ok

you need 24hr ECG, plus they dont tend to check thyroid and glucose in hospital

Customer: replied 7 months ago.
Do I go to my GP?

Yes, your GP can do those tests and refer you to a cardiologist
