How is your BP? pulse?

31 male pulse is ok and bp is 130/80 stomach pain and pain at top of shoulder had ecg come back normal I take fluxotine for anxiety and sometimes get palpitations

The pain in the chest can be due to a few causes.
Heart disease like ischemia or less blood supply to it needs to be checked out first.
But in your age with no history of high blood pressure it is unlikely.
It can come from reflux of acid.
Anxiety or stress can be associated.
It can come from musculoskeletal cause like muscle spasm, costochondritis.
From your history it is likely from stress or anxiety.
You can try breathing exercise.
