Hi can you help me please? My heart keeps racing up to 120bpm then goes down then shoots back up again this is happening every day and it’s beginning to really scare me now

Your HR is around 150, there are rate related changes and nothing else.

You should have 24 hour tape to monitor what is going on.

24 hour ecg tape will give the better idea what exactly is going on and causing the problem.
