hi, my cat has a couple of what looks like skin tags, one under his chin and one on his belly, they dont seem to bother him just wondering if its anything to b concerned about?

If Cooper's skin tags have been present for some time and you're certain that they aren't ticks (you'd be surprised how often owners get the two confused!), then I wouldn't worry about them.
When it comes to lumps and bumps, we really only have two options:
1. Monitor them
2. Or surgically remove them.

Skin tags are usually pretty obvious that this is what they are and they are totally benign. They are not considered pre-cancerous lesions in any way.
They might enlarge somewhat over time but they often don't.
I wouldn't worry about them.
