My 5month old kitten has one of its paws on hob ( it

My 5month old kitten has burnt one of its paws on hob ( it was turned off and cooling down)
The skin at the back of the pad has peeled slighty and is pink underneath,
He is walking ok and doesnt seem to be in pain. He ia eating and drinking fine.
Im unable to take him to vet until friday. Any advice would be appreciated
Ouch. I'm glad he doesn't seem that painful The pads can be amazingly resilient when it comes to burns.

The cold water was a good start. You can apply aloe or burn cream topically to it now. This evening you can put some neosporin on it. Apply all the topical medications in a very thin layer and then try to distract him so he doesn't lick it off right away. If you are able to wrap the foot to prevent him from licking the ointment off, great. But cats are a challenge with bandages so sometimes just distracting them while you let the medication soak in is the best option. Don't let him outside if going outside is something he normally does.
