Thank you for the additional question.
While poor oxygenation can make digestion difficult it is more likely that your little one has gastrointestinal parasites or even a food sensitivity that is causing his loose stools.
If his heart disease is very severe however his loose stools may be related to that and by improving heart function we may improve his stools. His cardiologist can help determine this when he has his echocardiogram.
