I’m buying a cat from the breeder. They are telling me it’s ready to go home although it’s only 2.5 months old.
Is that not too early for them to leave their mother and litter?
Hi there, you are through to Dr Linda.
Most kittens leave at 9 weeks so this kitten is ready to go!
By now she should be weaned (eating solid food) and no longer needs milk. Nor will she need any help with going to the toilet.
Congratulations on your new additional and good luck!
