Molly's signs are a concern and could be due to e.g. parasites, an infection, a partial gut obstruction, liver disease etc.At this point, a vet visit is needed. They'll examine her and may run some tests such as a blood test and abdominal scan. Her treatment will depend on what is going on and may include e.g a prescription diet, de wormer, antibiotics and fluids.
