Customer: No he doesn't seem bothered by it he has some behind the ears
JA: And what's the cat's name and age?

Is the inside of the ear healthy?

In side both ears are normal and clear I've 9 cats and never come across this

In this case, if its just some sort of fibre, material or plant, we should be able to remove it.If you can pick it all off and the skin is healthy, we know there's no medical issue!
