Looking at this skin lesion, one concern I would have would be a condition known as Ringworm which is actually a fungal infection, this can potentially be passed to humans so do make sure to wash your hands well after touching her.
As for where you can take her, so you have a vets locally that you have used before? If not I would suggest trying to find one via word of mouth, or otherwise a quick Google search should provide you with the nearest veterinary practice to you.

OK great. They can also check her for a microchip, although it is unlikely that she will be chipped at such a young age.
