Hi there, this is Dr Linda, a UK based vet.
I'm sorry to hear this and understand your concern for your cat.
It is not uncommon for a first time mum to have an 'interrupted labour'.
They will have a kitten and then labour will stop for up to a day.
They will then start actively contracting and labour will resume.
If there are active contractions and no kitten has passed within 30-60 minutes, this is an emergency and she must be seen right away.
How does this all sound?
I do hope all is well and kittens have been born!
If there is anything else, please let me know.
Take care,
Linda.
Please ignore any call requests as I cannot make calls but we can continue talking via typing.
I'm glad to hear she's has the procedure and all went well!
Yes, I'm sorry for the inconvenience and this will be automatically refunded.
