I have a few hours ago updated my software on my blackberry

Customer Question

I have a few hours ago updated my software on my blackberry X10. It now tells me that
"Your login information for account ([email protected])has changed or is incorrect. Update your login information and try again."
It say the same for my other 2 email accounts.
How do I do this?
I am sending this request from my Toshiba computer.
