I have three mobile phones all with the same network provider.

Customer Question

I have three mobile phones all with the same network provider. all phones are out of contract period. the first two phones are in good credit whilst the third phone has money outstanding. I told my network provider that I wanted to cancel the first two phones(good credit on both) they said I cannot cancel them until the third phone is brought back into credit! Is this Legally correct?

ItsCody :

If they are all on the same account, then that is correct, if they all were on there own account then no. The outstanding balance will have to be paid to release the devices.
