Hi there Patrick and welcome

When you tried it in another car, did it work in that?

ok, if the bluetooth is not turning on then it is either the firmware or the bluetooth module that has faulted.

The only way to confirm this is to reset the phone. This will remove all data from the phone and return it to new, so copy off any contacts and information you want to keep as this will wipe it.

Then to do the reset type * + 3 + call + Power on. Before the device is reset, you need to provide the lock code. The default lock code is 12345.

Once done, tell me if it then connects please
